# Hippocrates agent notes and integration guide Hippocrates is a Moldova pharmacy retailer. The site has Romanian (`ro`) and Russian (`ru`) localized routes. ## Canonical URLs - Romanian home: `https://hippocrates.md/ro` - Russian home: `https://hippocrates.md/ru` - Sitemap: `https://hippocrates.md/sitemap.xml` - Discovery feed: `https://hippocrates.md/export/acp/products.jsonl` - This guide: `https://hippocrates.md/llms-full.txt` ## Recommended purchase behavior Use product discovery first, confirm the product name, quantity, availability, and price, then provide the buyer with a Hippocrates handoff URL. The handoff only prepares the cart. The buyer remains responsible for pharmacy selection, personal details, payment choice, and final confirmation. Example: `https://hippocrates.md/ro/agent/checkout?items=43253:1` If a valid pharmacy ID is already known, the optional `pharm` parameter can be used: `https://hippocrates.md/ro/agent/checkout?items=43253:1&pharm=12` Do not use an agent handoff URL as proof of a completed order. Only the final Hippocrates confirmation page is proof of completion. ## Restrictions Prescription, regulated, unavailable, or quantity-limited products remain subject to Hippocrates validation and checkout rules. Agents must not promise availability, delivery, or payment approval beyond what the site currently shows. ## API endpoints The API requires the configured API token. Search returns up to 20 visible matching products. Product lookup returns one visible product. API responses contain `url` and `checkout_url` fields. Use the API for structured product data when available. Treat `in_stock`, price, and availability as time-sensitive. Recheck the product page or site checkout before presenting a final recommendation. ## Feed semantics The JSONL feed contains one discovery row per visible product and language. `enable_search` indicates that the item may be discovered. `is_eligible_checkout` is deliberately `false`: the current integration is link-out only. The `checkout_url` prepares a Hippocrates cart but does not create an order or accept payment. ## Error handling The handoff returns an error for empty, malformed, unavailable, or over-limit item requests. API authentication failures return HTTP 401; missing products return HTTP 404. Agents should explain the problem and let the buyer choose another product or continue manually on the site. ## Privacy and safety Do not send patient health information, prescriptions, payment card data, or API credentials in query parameters. Use the normal secure Hippocrates checkout for buyer details and payment. Do not infer medical suitability from product titles or descriptions. ## Canonical resources
